He threw on an apron.
He served fries without gloves or a hair net.
And, of course, he used the photo-op as an opportunity to question — without evidence — Kamala Harris's previous employment with the franchise.
No, I'm talking about the flood of purportedly fake, trolling reviews received on the Feasterville McDonald's Yelp page about Trump's on-the-job performance.
People wrote that "customer service was a joke" and an older man got "bronzer on my fries."
They said an employee appeared to be "incoherent" and jokingly implied that he stole their change.
They questioned his lack of hair covering.
Real-life questions surrounding Trump's cognition rang throughout, with someone saying, "He seemed unaware of what he was talking about most of the time."
And others simply made jabs. One person wrote, "The fries were too salty as if someone who lost a major election had been crying over them for an hour."
Eventually, the review section was disabled by Yelp and, at the time of this reporting, it remains this way.
A notice on the page reads: "This business recently received increased public attention, which often means people come to this page to post their views on the news. While we don’t take a stand one way or the other when it comes to this incident, we’ve temporarily disabled the posting of content to this page as we work to investigate whether the content you see here reflects actual consumer experiences rather than the recent events. Please note that we apply this same policy regardless of the business and regardless of the topic at issue."
