We now have answers if thinking about Jason Kelce allegedly falling asleep at The Eras Tour kept you awake at night.
On Oct. 19, I might have contributed to the conversation that Jason was napping at Taylor Swift's show in Miami. In my defense, I did say "allegedly asleep" a lot.
Now, Jason and his younger brother Travis, Taylor's boyfriend, discussed on their podcast New Heights whether he was actually asleep to shut down all the naysayers and BuzzFeed writers innocently spreading misinformation.
"We got to talk about it," Travis said, playfully defensive of his girlfriend's tour. "You took a nap at The Eras Tour. What is that all about?"

Jason was pretty firm on claiming he was not sleeping. "Travis, you know I did not take a nap. I did not take a nap," he responded.
Travis explained how The Eras Tour is "absolutely electric" and "the greatest show," so Jason possibly going night-night for a few minutes doesn't make any sense.
Jason agreed it was the "greatest show" and even admitted he contacted Travis to let him know. "It was, like, on another level. I texted you halfway through it like, 'This rain — Tay is killing it.'"
"But back to this photo," Jason said. "I'm going to give a little background to this. We brought a bunch of people to the show, and Mom went for the first time. We're trying to figure out...we'll get a box; we'll make it so everybody can come to the show."
"And we go out there, and I realize I'm, like, in the middle of the open. It isn't like a box that's, like, enclosed. I feel like I'm kind of in a fishbowl. Everybody's staring at me. So, I'm like, okay, I'mma sit down."
"Like, I'm not even sleeping, and I can prove it to you. There's evidence in this photo that I'm not sleeping."
Travis suggested that Jason was perhaps just "feeling the groove" and vibing with the music, citing that his brother does this when playing jazz music with his "sexy sax."
"If you zoom in on my right hand, my hand is hovering," Jason continued. "You can't sleep with your hand hovering above your knee. It's impossible!"

Whether Jason was asleep or not, he jokingly made it clear he felt betrayed by his bestie. "I invited Beau Allen, and then all of a sudden, there was friendly fire," Jason said. "I'm nervous about all these other people getting pictures with me and Ellie, and I'm trying to have a moment, and then all of a sudden I see this. Betrayed by one of my best friends."
Beau responded to accusations of "friendly fire," claiming on Instagram that his best friend said, "These days I haven't been sleeping," but clarified that Jason "wasn't asleep, just absolutely fucking vibing."
Even with Jason's clarification, fans still have mixed reactions about the Eras Tour "sleep gate."
Note: Nobody called it that but me.
In Jason's defense, one person said he wasn't asleep because "His mind was alive."
On the flip side, this person reminded everyone that "Jason likes his naps," referring to the first time he met his wife and fell asleep at the bar.
This person called Jason out for using the classic Dad defense when accused of falling asleep.
Finally, regardless of what the critics say, Jason is standing firm that he was definitely not asleep.
